Study by CANCOM and ServiceNow: Mid-Sized Companies Are Using AI Productively—But Integration, Security, and Governance Are Hindering Scaling

CANCOM, in collaboration with ServiceNow, has published the study “AI Between Vision and Implementation – How Mid-Sized Companies Make the Transition from Pilot Projects to Broad Implementation.” The survey, conducted by the analyst firm techconsult, shows that artificial intelligence (AI) has become a strategic priority for German mid-sized companies and is already being used productively.

CANCOM Named “AI Innovator” by the German Innovation Institute

CANCOM was honored as an “AI Innovator” as part of an independent study conducted for the BIG BANG AI Festival 2026. The study, carried out in collaboration with the German Innovation Institute (diind), analyzed the AI capabilities of 1,000 companies. CANCOM achieved 82 out of a possible 100 points and was rated “excellent.” The award was presented during the OMR Festival in Hamburg in May 2026.
