The IHK Schwaben has honored CANCOM for its special commitment to dual training. At its Jettingen-Scheppach site, the IT company is currently training 55 apprentices and dual students in various fields; nationwide, a total of 300 young talents are being trained at 17 locations.

During a company visit, Oliver Stipar, Regional Director of IHK, presented the award to Claudia Ade, Senior Manager Trainees & Talents at CANCOM. “Well-trained specialists are essential for the future of our region. Companies like CANCOM make an important contribution to promoting young talent and counteracting the shortage of skilled workers,” emphasized Stipar.

At CANCOM, the training and further education of specialists is a top priority. CANCOM offers multiple award-winning vocational training and is one of the top training companies in the country. The company focuses on closely integrating theory and practice. Trainees work on real projects at an early stage and gain valuable professional experience. “We are very pleased to receive this award from IHK Schwaben and to be able to make an important contribution to the future of the region through our commitment to training. Qualified specialists are an indispensable prerequisite for long-term market success. That is why we attach great importance to not only providing our junior staff with excellent professional training, but also developing their sense of personal responsibility, their ability to work in a team, and their entrepreneurial thinking,” explains Claudia Ade.

To continuously develop the training, CANCOM is investing more in digital learning opportunities such as e-learning and live online exam preparation. At the same time, personal exchange remains central: face-to-face workshops and seminars are an integral part of the program.
