This collaboration will deliver cutting-edge digital solutions and AI-driven value-added services to the Mittelstand across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Digitalization as the key to success for the Mittelstand

The Mittelstand plays a significant role in the DACH regional economy; as such, constituents have a pressing need to stay at the forefront of innovation through digital transformation. According to IDC’s Worldwide ICT Spending Guide Enterprise and SMB by Industry IT spending generated by the DACH mid-market will reach almost $71 billion in 2025. “Areas such as IT service management, workflow automation, and AI-driven analytics, are supporting the DACH midmarket in their digital transformation journey, while enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering the growth, agility, and innovation mid-sized companies need to thrive in a challenging business environment,” said Andrea Minonne, research manager at IDC.
